Hidden Acres Cabins warmly welcomes guests with disabilities and their Service Animals. To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, we ask that the following guidelines be observed during your stay.
Acceptance Service Animals are welcome at Hidden Acres Cabins regardless of our standard pet policy. Guests traveling with a Service Animal will not be charged additional pet or cleaning fees related to the animal.
During Your Stay To help us maintain our cabins for all guests, we kindly ask that:
- Service Animals remain off all furniture, including beds and sofas.
- Service Animals are crated when left alone in the cabin.
- Service Animals remain under the guest's control at all times.
- Service Animals are housebroken prior to arrival.
Questions We May Ask In accordance with applicable guidelines, we may ask two questions upon arrival:
- Do you require your animal because of a disability?
- What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?
We will not ask for documentation or require the animal to demonstrate its tasks.
